Klaus F. Zimmermann, on leave from Bonn University, has arrived at the Center for European Studies, Harvard University, where he will stay to execute his research until August 2016. On March 22, 2016, he presented his views in a well-attended seminar of the center on “The European Refugee Crisis: Policy Challenges and Perspectives”.
